Dans ces brochures pour l’ensemble de musique contemporaine Proxima Centauri, la composition graphique en couverture schématise la fameuse constellation, avec des variations subtiles dans la mise en couleurs. Les photographies sont regroupées sur un cahier au format carré, placé en tête et au centre de la brochure. Les images apparaissent dans un subtil miroitement, liés aux pigments métalliques de l’encre. Ces jeux de contrastes, de reflets et d’équilibre entrent en résonance avec la démarche artistique de l’ensemble.

The graphic design for the covers of these brochures for the contemporary music group Proxima Centauri are based on an image of the famous star – from which the group takes its name – set within its constellation. Subtle variations in colour are used. The photographs are grouped together in a square-format booklet, appearing on the front and central pages. Metallic pigments in the ink give a shimmering appearance to the images. The interplay thus created between stillness and movement is a reflection of the ensemble’s artistic approach.
